About this piece

The smallest thing on the copper bench. Raised, planished and then deliberately darkened, so it arrives already looking like it has been in a kitchen for years. The lip is folded narrow for the sort of pour that goes into an espresso rather than over cereal.

Materials
0.8 mm copper, food-safe tin lining, aged patina finish
Dimensions
105 mm high × 70 mm diameter, 180 ml
Care
Hand wash and dry immediately. The patina will lighten where it is handled, which is expected.

Made alongside it

A shallow round hand-hammered copper tray with a low raised rim on a pale grey plaster surface in soft daylight
