About this piece

Wider at the rim than at the foot, so the tea cools at a sensible rate and the bowl sits comfortably in cupped hands. The oatmeal glaze is dipped twice at the rim, which is why the colour deepens on the last few millimetres. It doubles as a decent bowl for yoghurt, and plenty of people use it that way.
